2:30 am!!!! Mike reached out to me with issues we’ve been having regarding the engine they installed that still doesn’t work.. took it to another place to find broken components from the install after Solis had my vehicle for 6 weeks!! Told me it would be 1 week .. worst experience and most expensive lesson I’ve learned

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and outstanding customer service — and that set the tone for the entire experience. A special thank you to Mrs. Solis, the owner herself, who was at the front desk and made me feel so welcomed and right at home from the very start. That personal touch truly made a difference. I came in needing several things addressed on my SUV, along with a bumper-to-bumper inspection. Mike took care of everything promptly and, more importantly, took the time to walk me through every single thing he found. There was no pressure whatsoever — he simply asked what I’d like to prioritize and let me lead the way. That kind of respect for the customer means everything. I’m so grateful that everything was completed the same day. I drove away not just with a car that was taken care of, but with true peace of mind — and that’s something you can’t put a price on. This place isn’t just an auto shop. It’s a business that genuinely cares about the people who walk through its doors. I’m a first-time customer, but after this experience, I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Mrs. Solis, Mike, and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

Brought in my Toyota Matrix not knowing what the issue was, and Michael solved it very quickly. Super honest, professional, and fair-priced. I’ll 100% be coming back here for anything car-related — extremely recommended!

I left my car for about 3 weeks to a month for them to find the source of an oil leak in my car. I picked up my car and noticed at home someone definitely tried stealing my car while in their care. The damage to my car was NOT there before leaving it. ALSO received a parking ticket in the mail, on a date that my car was in their care. When I picked up my car there was sticky residue from a sticker on my passenger window but I didn’t think anything of it.
